Take Our Kids to Work Day 2020

November 2, 2020

During the first week of November, Grade 9 students typically participate in Take Our Kids to Work Day and accompany an adult to their place of employment.  This is a time for students to experience career possibilities and observe workplace skills.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this year’s Take Our Kids to Work Day will be held virtually on November 4, 2020.  Parents can choose to have their child take part from home in the sessions offered by The Learning Partnership. These 20-minute live interactive breakout sessions will bring to life what a career can look like in

  • Skilled Trades (10 am or 1 pm)
  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship (10:30 am or 1:30 pm)
  • Healthcare (11 am or 2 pm)
  • Technology & Finance (11:30 am or 2:30 pm)
