The Physical Education Department ensures all students have a chance to maintain an active lifestyle by providing a wide range of courses. Course offerings include Physical Education, Outdoor Education, Fitness, Exercise Science and Basketball.
The Physical Education curriculum has been designed to provide learning experiences that will help students realize their potential in life. Students will develop:
1. An understanding of the importance of physical fitness, health, and well-being and the factors that contribute to them
2. A personal commitment to daily vigorous physical activity and positive health behaviors
3. The skills and knowledge that they require to engage in physical activity throughout their lives
